CSI is a strength and conditioning program designed for the young and their parents. Skills that are relevent to sport and everyday life are taught in a fun and supportive atmosphere.
Fun 530 class! Jamie going nuts on the Open WOD, the normal 0530 gang fighting through Glover Hell, and some stranger that looked alot like Jimmy doing yesterday's AMRAP. We just need to Louie and Tamara back!
