Youth Program
CSI is a strength and conditioning program designed for the young and their parents. Skills that are relevent to sport and everyday life are taught in a fun and supportive atmosphere.
We had a great turnout at 5:30! The crew cranked out a holiday chipper and then somebody said..."Do we have time for abs?" Felt bad for Eric from KC. He had no idea what he was getting in to. Jamie did, he chose to clean up the gym!
