Keep in mind that two negatives makes a positive. So, lets combine Filthy Fifty and Tabata -
Tabata Filthy Fifty - 3 Rounds - Perform 2 tabata intervals (1 interval = 20 secs on, 10 secs rest) at each station, then rotate. 1 round is complete when you've moved through all stations. Rest 1 minute between rounds.
****Construction Zone******* Beginning Friday afternoon, we will be tearing out a few walls at Crossfit St. Charles. The Lobby and Child care rooms will be removed in order to make way for some much need space. The child care room will take over what is now the office which will move to its new corporate site (Ingrids studio ;) This extra space will be used for our upcoming Crossfit Kids program and a few other things we have in the works. This work is supposed to be done by Sunday evening...but you just never know! Our biggest concern is for the Monday morning classes.
