I did "Jerry" yesterday (10/6) and it's a killer!! Unfortunately I don't have an erg, so I had to sub 200 SDHP for the rowing. The pulls have a big impact on time because it's easier to stop them than it is to get off the rower. It's a great WOD, though, have fun guys!
