No, we aren't going to be using a Gazelle this Sunday at CFSTC. I'll get to that in a minute. First, Sunday at 9:00 we'll have a competition Sunday / Open Gym. Due to the Affliate Competition on Saturday, we'll be doing an open gym this Sunday. So if you have a WOD you've missed that you really want to try or just want to throw some weight around stop by on Sunday at 9:00.
Now, for the Gazelle.. Don't be ashamed to admit it. We all know we've bought some silly piece of workout equipment, that is now functioning as some sort of laundry drying device, work bench, door stop, or just a dust collector. So fess up.. Post to comments!

I have a bowflex and its in the utility room in the basement. We hang clothes on it.

Bowflex, Elliptical and various other gimmicks!

Bowflex isn't that embarrassing compared to all the other crap on infomercials. You can give me your bowflex, I'm not ashamed!
I can honestly say I've never really wasted money on the workout junk out there. (ok, maybe weightlifting gloves!)
Supplements on the other hand??? Where to start? You old schoolers might remember Cybergenics? 100 bucks for some vitamins. Old Weider Proteins and weight gainers from the early 90's that tasted like ass and were loaded with sugars.

We've got a Total Gym in the basement, its kindof solely responsible for getting me into exercise though, so I can't really knock it. Used to watch Pokemon and get jacked back in 6th grade on that thing, haha. I think it could be used as a MU transition training device too with some modifications.

Also,
I think we should invite Tony Little in for a Gazelle Freestyle Cert...thoughts?

I wouldn't say anything bad about a Total Gym. Chuck Norris may read my post and kick my ass.
