Join Dan in the Pool!
CSI-AQUA
Improve your cardiovascular system and overall athleticism with Dan Walters by participating in aqua and land based exercises. This training will include the utilization of swim strokes, plyometrics, speed drills and body weight activity in and around the pool. Training will then be concluded with flexibility activity to prevent injury. Saturdays 9am.
Youth Barbell Training with Chris at Crossfit St. Charles
For Motivated Boys and Girls ages 12-18 (12 year old participation upon evaluation by Coach Chris)
Learn proper weightlifting techniques with Coach Chris. Gain strength and power for sports enhancement or just every day life.
In this class coach Chris will teach proper form with basic barbell movements including, bench press, overhead press, back squat and dead lift.
Chris is a certified personal trainer, certified Crossfit Coach and an experienced power lifter. Chris competes in the USA Powerlifting League, one of the few drug tested leagues in the country. While a skilled Strength Training Coach, Chris is also a great motivator and creates a fun atmosphere for work and learning. Fridays 5pm. Limited class size.
