Whether you are new to working out, a runner who needs to add strength or just bored with your gym routine, Crossfit St. Charles can help you. Here you will be exposed to new and exciting movements on a daily basis. You will work hard and accomplish things you never thought possible.
At Crossfit St. Charles, proper form is critical. You will be taught by Crossfit Certified trainers. You'll be coached through every one of the work outs we present. The work outs change on a daily basis but are modified to your level of fitness and ability.

Getting Started
STEP 1-Contact us to set up your Free one hour intro session. You may also check our website calendar for scheduled Free Demo classes.
Fill out our online Waiver
During the Intro session, a trainer will cover the following
- Discuss your previous exercise experiences. Your goals. Any medical concerns you may have.
- Discuss what Crossfit is and how it can benefit you.
- Evaluate your current fitness level and teach/review basic movements used in CrossFit.
- Policies of the gym.
- The session will end with a short workout.
STEP 2-Sign up for Foundations. This is a ongoing class designed to teach the new athlete proper form of the basic movements of Crossfit. These classes are taught by Crossfit certified trainers, consists of a warm up, skill work and a work out. These classes run M/T/Th 7pm. Private sessions are available.
STEP 3-On completion of the Foundation classes you may join the Crossfit Classes. We have Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced classes. We have membership levels to accommodate everyone. More info here.
