So good even if it has weird (harmless) side effects.
Broiled Asparagus
Pre-heat broiler to high
Wash 1 bunch Asparagus and snap off tough ends
Lightly toss with 1 T. olive oil and kosher salt
Broil about 10 mins. Shaking pan occasionally.
You can serve just like this or if you are still eating dairy. Sprinkle with lemon juice and parmesan cheese.
