Squeeze the apple juice onto the chicken...eat the lime.

Alright Kim...I ate like a champ today! Here goes:

Breakfast: 3 eggs, 1 cup normandy vegetable mix, apple

Second breakfast: mushrooms, onions, 4 eggs, 2 3oz steaks cut up and placed in the eggs for an omelete/3 slices of avocado/15 baby carrots/1 large grapefruit

Lunch: 1 4oz chicken breast/2 3 oz steaks/2 cups of normandy vegetable mix/3 slices of avocado/15 baby carrots

Snack: 1 4oz chicken breast/1 large grapefruit/lot of sunflower seeds

Dinner: Chicken and steak cut up, mixed with green bell peppers/1 sweet potato/1 cup of cauliflower/onions/20 red grapes

I feel really good today. I realized that I had been starving myself which left me feeling crappy and light headed. Today I was more focused on just eating.

I need help with the Zone blocks because I am not sure that I completely understand it.
