Wednesday 26 October 2011 – Large breakfast…check. 3 eggs, shitload of veggies, leftover beef tenderloin. Stuffed. Waddled through the WOD and spent the day grazing leftovers afterwards. Leftover chicken salad, carrots and celery. Primal Pac. Apple. Leftover chicken and broccoli. More leftover beef tenderloin. Another Primal Pac. Can’t eat any more…..refrigerator nearly empty of leftovers. 4 days to go
