FAQ
Offer may be redeemed after January 1, 2012.
What do I get? You will be taught the Fundamental movements and concepts of Crossfit in a class setting. You should expect personal attention, coaching to your level of fitness and potentially a little homework. In order to optimize your learning potential you must take these classes 2-3 days per week.
What are your class times? Beginner/Level 1 classes run every week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7pm and Tuesday, Thursday 9am.
Class size is limited, please reserve your class spot prior to your first session.
Can I attend morning classes one day and evening classes the next? Yes, just be sure to always pre-register for your classes.
I’m super fit, can I skip the Beginner classes? No, every single person needs to attend Beginner classes and do the Baseline workout, regardless of ability.
If you are an experienced CrossFitter from another facility and want to test out of these classes, please e-mail Kim to set up an appointment with a coach for an evaluation. This will count as a class.
How many times a week can/should I come? You may come up to three times a week as your schedule allows. You must come twice a week at minimum. You have 4 weeks to redeem all your classes.
Is your gym right for me? That is the question that you will be able to answer at the end of your 8 sessions.
What should I eat/drink before working out? Our workouts are rigorous. Be sure that you are properly hydrated before coming to Crossfit St. Charles. Depending on the time of day, have a meal approximately 2 hours prior to class time or a light snack 1 hour prior to class. Be sure that you are eating a source of protein and a source of fat. (a boiled egg and a few almonds for example) Oh, and did I mention hydration? It bears repeating.
